3. Itineraries & content

Itineraries and suggestions generated by VoyageAssist are informational. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or pricing of any place, flight, or hotel. Always verify details before booking or traveling.

4. Bookings & payments

When you book through VoyageAssist, the service fee is charged via Base44 Payments. The fee is non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for any third-party travel costs incurred based on our suggestions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access another user\u2019s data, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Limitation of liability

VoyageAssist is provided \u201Cas is.\u201D To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of VoyageAssist after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
